Welcome to A.S.Dance Studio! To ensure that all members can enjoy learning dance in a pleasant and safe environment, please carefully read the following regulations:

Registration and Fees
Monthly Membership Registration
- Please contact our staff to select a package that suits you. All new members must carefully read the relevant agreement before joining.
- If there are any questions, please communicate promptly. If no objections are raised, it will be deemed that you have accepted A.S.Dance Studio’s terms. A.S.Dance Studio reserves the final right of interpretation.
2. Course Fees
- Course fees must be paid in advance, and members can choose between a single-session pass or a monthly membership. If the membership expires, please contact the administration within one week to make up for the unpaid fees. If fees are overdue, the studio reserves the right to engage a collection agency. Please pay on time to avoid misunderstandings.
- We support various payment methods, including cash, credit card, and bank transfer.
3. Refunds and Course Transfers
- If classes are canceled due to reasons from the studio, members may apply for a refund. If classes run as scheduled, no refunds will be issued for personal reasons, but members can transfer their spot to someone else.

4. Class Timetable
- The monthly class schedule will be shared via WhatsApp, WeChat, Xiaohongshu, and WeChat groups. Members can check the schedule themselves.
- For special arrangements or temporary changes, the studio will notify members in advance.
5. Holiday Arrangements
- The studio will be closed during public holidays, and specific arrangements will be communicated in advance.

1. Warm-Up Before Class
- Members must arrive on time and warm up to reduce the risk of injury.
2. Classroom Discipline
- Please set mobile phones to silent or turn them off during class.
- Members must follow the instructor's guidance and are not allowed to leave the classroom without permission.
3. Dress Code
- Please wear appropriate dance attire and shoes, and maintain a neat appearance.

- If members have specific health needs, please inform the administration in advance. Members should participate in classes progressively, according to their physical condition.

- In case of an emergency, please inform the instructor or staff immediately, and the studio will provide necessary assistance.
3. **Insurance Recommendations**
- Members are advised to purchase personal accident insurance, as the studio is not responsible for personal accidents.
4. **Safety Responsibility**
- The studio is only responsible for members' safety during class in the studio. After class, members are responsible for their own transportation. Parents are responsible for the safety of minors before and after class, while adults are responsible for their own safety once leaving the studio.

- If the monthly membership has not yet started and members cannot attend due to personal reasons, they may choose to defer the course or transfer the spot to another person.
- Course transfers must be communicated with the administration in advance, and specific arrangements will be made according to the actual situation.

Children and Youth Class Attendance Rules
1. **Attendance**
- Children and youth members are required to attend classes on time and check in.
- If late due to personal reasons, the studio will not provide makeup classes.
2. **Leave and Absences**
- If unable to attend a class due to illness or special circumstances, the administration must be notified **24 hours** in advance via email, whats up .text message, or WeChat.
- For school activities or family reasons, **three days ** notice is required for leave. A two-month membership includes **two deferrals**, and a three-month membership includes **three deferrals**. No deferral is allowed for same-day cancellations.
- If classes are canceled due to studio holidays or teacher training, the membership will automatically be extended.
- If the monthly membership has not been used and personal reasons prevent attending the current term, it can be deferred to the next term.
- If no leave is requested via email, text message, or WeChat, and the class is missed, it will be considered **absent**, and the system will automatically deduct the class fee.
- For personal leave, members can make up the missed class in another session, but no additional deferral will be granted.
3. Makeup Class Arrangements
- Members who take leave for personal reasons can arrange a makeup class within three months. Classes at both the Delft and The Hague locations are interchangeable, but confirmation and booking with the administration at least two days in advance are required.

- Adult members are required to attend classes on time and check in.
- If late due to personal reasons, the studio will not provide makeup classes.
